  • Payment is required in full before production begins.

  • Once an order is placed, it is your responsibility to review all details (text, dates, images, design, etc.) for accuracy.

EtchWest is not responsible for mistakes provided in customer-submitted information.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized products are made to order.

  • Once production or engraving has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  • Because these items are unique, they cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We do our best to meet all delivery timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier issues, weather, or material shortages).

  • EtchWest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
