EtchWest Returns & Refund Policy
At EtchWest, every product is made with care and precision. Because most of our items are custom-engraved, please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Custom & Personalized Orders

All engraved and personalized products are made to order and can’t be returned or refunded once production begins.

Please double-check your design details, spelling, and dates before placing your order.

If we make an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it right away.
Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as engraving hasn’t started. After production begins, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at [your email address] with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
